Since 200, 000 BC, humans have been responding to the intangible themes of culture, convention, social norms and ideology. It is because of these that a sense of belonging has been created. Each individual is connected to each other: to a group, to a family, to society, to the country, and to this world. Because of these things, I am connected to each one of you. However, because of these things, I am also disconnected from every one of you, isolated and lost.

“Everyone knows where they belong. Except for me.”

This work seeks to explore the alienation inherent in contemporary experience.
